How it works

A calm, step-by-step way to bring your family together.

Do as much or as little as you need today. Everything can be finished later, and help is always an email away.

  1. 1. Create the memorial

Sign up with your email, confirm it, and add your loved one's name. Dates, a photo and a life story are optional and can be added later. The memorial is private from the very first moment.

    • Takes about two minutes
    • Progress saves automatically as you go
    • Nothing is shared until you invite someone
  2. 2. Invite the right people

Invite family and friends by email. Each invitation link works once, expires after 14 days, and only for the email address you entered.

    • Administrators help manage details and the schedule
    • Contributors add photos and memories
    • Viewers can see everything that's been shared with the family
  3. 3. Share the schedule

Add the visitation, service, burial, reception or livestream. Each event has a time zone, address, directions and an option for RSVPs.

    • Add-to-calendar links for every event
    • A clear “updated” notice whenever details change
    • Members are notified based on their own preferences
  4. 4. Gather photos and memories

Relatives upload photos straight from their phones into albums, and share stories on the memory board. You choose whether contributions appear right away or wait for your approval.

    • Photos stay in private storage
    • See who shared each photo or story
    • Download originals any time
  5. 5. Print keepsakes when you're ready

Download a funeral program and remembrance cards made from your memorial's details, or order a photo book. Everything is optional.

    • Prices shown up front
    • Downloads unlock only after payment is confirmed
    • No subscriptions for families
