Your account
You need to be at least 16 to create an account. Keep your password private; you're responsible for activity on your account.
Your content
You own the photos, stories and other content you add. You give us permission to store and display it only as needed to run the service for the people you've allowed to see it. Only upload content you have the right to share, and please be considerate — memorials are places of remembrance.
Memorial ownership and roles
Each memorial has one owner, who controls privacy, invitations and deletion. Owners can grant others roles (administrator, contributor or viewer) and can transfer ownership. A funeral home that prepares a memorial may invite a family member to become its owner.
Purchases, refunds and cancellations
- Prices are shown before you pay. Payments are processed by Stripe.
- Digital downloads and upgrades are delivered once payment is confirmed. If a download doesn't work as described, contact us for a refund.
- Hand-prepared items (slideshows, photo books) can be canceled for a full refund until we confirm the final version with you.
- If an order is refunded or charged back, the related upgrade or download access ends.
Funeral-home subscriptions
Organizations subscribe monthly and may cancel at any time from their dashboard; access continues until the end of the paid period. Memorials remain with the families who own them.
Acceptable use
Don't use the service to harass anyone, impersonate others, share content you don't have rights to, or attempt to access memorials you haven't been invited to.
Availability
We work hard to keep the service available and your data safe, but we can't promise it will be uninterrupted. Please keep your own copies of irreplaceable photos.
